Your requested bike and dates are only confirmed upon availability and full payment. See the bottom of this page for rental and demo small print.

The Fine Print

Rental Pick Up and Return:

Bike rental pick up and return happens at the Good Bike Co. shop unless otherwise arranged.
Rental durations are based on a day rate defined as end-of-day return.
5 hour rentals are returned the same day as pick up.
24 and 48 hour rentals are returned 24 and 48 hours respectively from the time of pickup or by the end of rental pickup day.
Return all rentals to Good Bike Co. at least 30 minutes prior to shop close on the day due back.
Late returns:
- Charged the additional day(s) rental fee.
- Late penalty fee (equal to one day's rental).

Included with Your Rental:

All bicycle rentals include pedals, tool kit, spare tube, and a helmet.
Frame bags are available for gravel bikes for an additional charge.

Cancellations:

Call the rental location to cancel. (Leave a message after hours)
Full refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior.
50% refund: Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation.
No shows: Full rental price charged.

Drop-ins:

Please contact us a couple hours in advance of a drop-in rental.
Advance notice will allow us to have your bike set up for you and ready to go when you arrive.
Drop-in rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis.
We cannot guarantee rental bike availability for drop-ins but are happy to get you on the trail asap when availability allows.

Damage Coverage:

Accidents happen! We highly recommend adding damage coverage to your rental.
Common damages: Slashed tires, bent wheels, derailleurs, ripped grips, broken saddles & seat posts.
Coverage options:
- Basic ($30): Covers up to $250 in repairs.
- Premium ($50): Covers up to $500 in repairs.
Coverage details:
- Protects one rental bike.
- Purchased online or in-store before your ride.
- Damage exceeding coverage or without coverage is your responsibility.
Theft is not covered.
